Do you play in band or want to?  Can you sing?  Do you know anything about sound and video equipment?  We are currently building a team that can lead us in an amazing worship experience each week.

The three things we look for are Heart, Commitment and Ability.  

• Heart - Is this something you are passionate about?
  

• Commitment - Are you going to see this through?
  

• Ability - Do you have the talent or training?
  

These are listed in order of priority.  The most important attribute to us is not someone who is extremely gifted but rather someone who is deeply passionate.   In other words, don't sweat it if you're not the best bass player around.  If you got a desire to lead people in worship and are going to show up when you're supposed to we'll work on the playing ability.
